➢ Go to https://www.eps.go.kr/eo/langMain.eo?langCD=ph and check if you meet the requirements for hiring under the EPS
➢ Request an employment permit from the Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL)
➢ The permit will be issued if you prove that you’re unable to find qualified local candidates
➢ Post a job ad on VideoWorkers and select from the candidates who applied or search the database directly
➢ After finding a good match, conduct the interview and make a job offer
➢ Sign a local employment contract according to MOEL’s instructions
➢ Apply for a Certificate for Confirmation of Visa Issuance (CCVI) at the Ministry of Justice of Korea
