◦ Not having received fines exceeding 50,000 CZK from the Labor Inspection Office
◦ Having the following registrations completed:
▹ Registration with the tax office for income-related taxation

▹ Enrollment in cooperative health insurance to cover company liability
➢ You must formally report the vacancy to the Labor Authority
➢ The vacancy must remain open for a minimum of 30 days from the date of reporting

➢ After finding a good match, conduct the interview and make a job offer, then sign an employment contract
➢ You must apply for an employee card at the Labor Authority located in the region where the prospective employee’s job will be based
