➢ These requirements include:

◦ The Decreto Flussi (the work permit quota set by the government) is currently accepting applications

◦ The Decreto Flussi annual work permit quota has not been reached

◦ You can demonstrate the unavailability of local workers for the role. This can be done by verifying with the local employment agency the presence of eligible local candidates

➢ Post a job ad on VideoWorkers and select from the candidates who applied or search the database directly

➢ After finding a good match, conduct the interview and make a job offer, then sign an employment contract

➢ You must apply for a work permit at the immigration office (“Sportello Unico per l’Immigrazione”) 

➢ Required documents:

◦ Stamp duty of €16.00

◦ Copy of the foreign worker’s passport

◦ Photocopy of the identification document and tax code of the employer

◦ INPS registration number and INAIL – PAT code of the company

◦ Documentation proving the employer’s economic capacity

◦ Proof of accommodation

➢ Application fee: 30.46 EUR

➢ Processing time: 60 days for non-seasonal employment and 20 days for seasonal employment

➢ Your future employee must submit the application for a work visa to the competent Diplomatic Mission 

➢ Required documents: 

◦ Copy of signed work contract

◦ Copy of work permit

◦ Valid passport

◦ Italy National Visa Application form 

◦ Two recently taken photographs (35mm X 45mm)

◦ Proof of accommodation in Italy 

◦ Proof of sufficient financial means

◦ School diplomas, professional certificates, and other relevant certificates
