VideoWorkers is excited to announce that we have teamed up with Values in People (VIP), a dynamic Romanian youth organization facilitating access to non-formal EU training. This collaboration marks a significant step forward in our mission to better serve our users.

With a common goal of empowering through education, our partnership aims to promote European values through cultural exchange and non-formal education.

Values in People: Developing Initiatives Through Non-Formal EU Training and Education

In a world that feels like a whirlwind of change, it’s easy to lose sight of what truly matters: values. In the heart of Romania, there exists an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting these core principles. Values in People (VIP) is a youth organization dedicated to preserving and promoting authentic values that stand the test of time.

The mission at VIP is simple: to nurture European values through practical initiatives and partnerships. They’re active participants in the Erasmus+ program. Furthermore, they’ve teamed up with organizations worldwide to tackle issues like human rights, environmental sustainability, and youth empowerment. Through projects ranging from employment initiatives to environmental awareness campaigns, they empower younger generations to become agents of positive change.

With a diverse community of over 30,000 members, VIP aims to create opportunities for local and international youth to come together. Whether it’s through youth exchanges or collaborative projects, they believe in the power of dialogue and understanding.

Through non-formal EU training and education, VIP upholds the core values that shape European society: respect, inclusivity, and active citizenship. By promoting these values, VIP empowers individuals with the skills necessary to thrive in the modern world.
